L\u2019intento, come nelle altre edizioni, non \u00e8 stato quello di andare a fare valutazioni nel merito delle varie politiche sui vari territori. Invece s\u00ec \u00e8 cercato di evidenziare elementi che in altri testi sono meno stressati.
