In today’s ever-changing competitive environment, large organizations must invest in their human capital, but it is not easy to assess the effectiveness of training plans. The tool we have at our disposal for an ad hoc assessment in this type of situation is PIVOT, which, thanks to dedicated software, allows a qualitative-quantitative analysis to verify the adequacy of the resources invested and to track specific areas for improvement.

In the INDIRE case, where the organization wanted to evaluate both the results of its investment in training and the level of satisfaction of course participants, we structured a PIVOT research on selected target groups, which allowed us to identify 5 critical areas. On this basis, we provided strategically relevant indications both for the planning and for the implementation of the training courses.
